Non Stop Party Supplies aim to get your items delivered within 2-5 working days dependent on your delivery options.

We offer 3 delivery options for the U.K
- Standard Shipping (within 2-5 working days)
- Tracked 48 Hour Delivery (within 2 working days)
- Next Day Delivery (a next day service)

We offer 1 delivery option for the Channel Islands
- Standard Shipping (within 4-7 working days)

PLEASE NOTE:

SAME DAY DISPATCH CUT OFF IS 12PM FOR ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS INSIDE THE U.K. & CHANNEL ISLANDS.

DELIVERY RATES MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCTS ADDED TO CART DUE TO DIFFERENT DELIVERY RATES FROM SUPPLIERS

*Tracking emails may be sent separately if your order contains products coming from two different suppliers

*Orders are processed on weekdays Monday-Friday 9:30-16:30 ONLY. Any orders received outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day. Therefore Tracked 48 Hour and Next Day Delivery services won't be available throughout the weekend. All orders placed over the weekend between 16:30 on a Friday afternoon to 9:30 on a Monday morning will be processed on Monday and dispatched accordingly. No orders are processed on Bank Holidays.

*Customers who request the items to be given to a neighbour or put in a 'safe place' on delivery take full responsibility for any missing items or items lost in transit. Contact would need to be made directly with the courier as Non Stop Party Supplies will provide tracking and courier information upon dispatch.

*Non Stop Party Supplies take no responsibility for items that are dispatched to an address where an incorrect address has been provided upon order.

*Non-Stop Party Supplies do not accept returns on any items.

*Any delay in delivery after items have been dispatched is due to the courier and not the responsibility of Non Stop Party Supplies. In this instance, please contact them directly.
